Tutorial on how to derive the Time Adjustment Factors (TAF) and applying TAF to Ratio Studies, Level of Assessment and Neighborhood Analysis.  Also demonstrate a data dashboard to track statistical measures for tax-roll approval.


IAAO recertification credit: TBA
The cost is $75 for FCIAAO members and $110 for non-members.
This will include course materials.
