The Duval County Property Appraiser’s Office is
looking for a Tangible Senior Auditor.
Position manages a staff of six auditors and
appraisers. Successful candidate will be responsible for developing,
implementing and managing the audit process. Also, audits books and
financial records of taxpayers to determine accuracy of listings.
Reviews tangible lawsuits and assists with defense of same.
Leadership, communication and persuasion skills
needed. Candidates should have a minimum of five years in accounting,
appraising tangible personal property for ad valorem taxation, or a
combination thereof.
Salary range from mid-40’s to mid 60’s. Pleases
