Residential Appraiser      

Position requiring a minimum of three years of progressive experience in the appraisal of 1-4 family dwellings.  Valuations provide a basis for ad valorem tax.  Must demonstrate accomplished skills by providing non-returnable work product samples.  Possess proof of advanced appraisal training & certification or designation.  A valid Florida driver’s license is required.  Exceptional communication and computer skills are necessary.  Significant contact with the public and expert testimony required.

Salary $28,000 to $41,000 plus excellent benefit package
