Commercial Appraiser                                         

At least three years of progressive commercial real property appraisal experience is essential.  Appraisal course work through advanced income capitalization is necessary. Possession of a commercial appraisal credential must be verified.  Exceptional communication and computer skills are necessary. Demonstration of accomplished skills through non-returnable work product samples shall be provided.  Evidence of experience with expert testimony by the applicant is helpful. A valid Florida driver’s license is required.

Salary $30,000 to $52,000 plus excellent benefit package
