Director of Real Property Assessment      

The Putnam County Property Appraiser seeks a Director of Real Property Assessment with four years appraisal experience, two years of which have been in a supervisory position.  Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with major course work in real estate appraisal assessment administration or related field, or ability to obtain within six months.    Possession of a valid FL DL.  Must provide own transportation.  Putnam County residency or establishment of Putnam County residency within six months of hire date. 

Salary Range $50,000 - $65,000 plus excellent benefit package.
